Does the staff at Villa I Giullari speak English?
Yes, all the members of our staff speak English.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 10:30am, this schedule can be modified upon request. Guests are permitted to leave their baggage under the care of the concierge both if they arrive before check-in time, and if they leave long after check out.

If I will be arriving late in the evening, is it a problem?
Absolutely not! We are glad to do late check-in upon request. We ask you please to let us know in advance the time of your arrival (within 8:00pm of previous day).

What kind of breakfast is offered and at what time?
Breakfast is served between 8:30am and 10:00am: a large buffet with hot croissant and breads, home made cakes, marmalade, cereal, biscuits, yogurts and fruits.

Is it possible to have breakfast served in the room?
Yes, it is possible to have breakfast served to your room upon request.

Does Villa I Giullari have access to a parking?
Yes, we have a private parking in the courtyard.

What type of facilities are available in the rooms?
All of our rooms are equipped with the following: private bathroom with XXL shower and hair-dryer, direct phone, air conditioning, mini-bar and TV-Sat.

Our kids are travelling with us, should we let you know?
Yes. Kids under six years old stay for free in their parentís room. We can add a cradle in the room at no cost. Extra beds must be booked in advance since they do not fit in all room types.

Our pet usually travels with us. Are we going to have to leave it at home?
Shorts size pets are welcome, we do however ask you to inform us in advance.

Is the room rate per person or per night?
Rates are per ROOM, per NIGHT. Breakfast buffet, Tax & Service included.

Which is the way of payment?
The payment of the stay is done directly at Villa I Giullari before your check out. Reservation must be guaranteed by giving us your credit card number or by sending us minimun a one night deposit by bank transfer. Reservation service is totally costless.

Why are my credit card details requested during the reservation?
The details of your credit card are requested only and exclusively to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged during this reservation. You will directly pay at your arrival at Villa I Giullari the full amount of your stay.
