Villa RONCAVECCHIA

Wonderful and completely renewed farm situated in Montespertoli (near Florence) in the heart of Chianti. Completely fenced to allow privacy and tranquillity. Wide, full of light and deliciously furnished with ancient Tuscany style furniture. Brickwork floor, ceiling with wooden beams. Arranged on two floors for a total of 320 mq with a 1500 mq garden supplied with BBQ and a 10x5 metres private swimming pool. Next to the Villa, but completely separated, there is a small part not belonging to the property which is now and then inhabitated.

 

Ground floor: wide living room with fireplace, large brickwork kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, tv-sat, stereo system and telephone. One bathroom with shower.

First floor: 3 double bedrooms, one of them with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower.

Wide parking area and a small hay-loft next to the Villa which is at guests’ disposal.
Maid service three times a week which is included in the price.

 

 

How to get to Villa Roncavecchia

  • From Milan/Rome take the motorway A1 as far as the exit Firenze Signa.
  • From Florence take the Motorway FI-PI-LI in the direction of Pisa-Livorno.
  • After 13,5 Km take the exit Ginestra Fiorentina-Montespertoli.
  • Turn right in the direction of Montespertoli and after 1 Km turn left following the direction to Montespertoli.
  • After 3,4 Km and after getting to Montespertoli, go straight on the main street and after 2 Km turn left in the direction of Lungagnana-Certaldo-Renai.
  • Go straight and after 4,5 Km turn right following in the direction to Renai-Ortimino.
  • After 300 m stay on the left and after 100 m on the right there is the gate with two ancient pines of Villa Roncavecchia.
